This site provides limited access to anyone interested in anti-fraud efforts specifically related to the insurance and healthcare industries.   Expanded access is available to qualifying members of the insurance industry and law enforcement or other investigative professionals who have registered and been issued access codes. Full access is restricted to subscribers and active clients of our investigative affiliate.

The California Investigative Academy is a California Department of Insurance (CDI) approved Continuing Education (CE) Provider.  A number of our courses have also been approved for MCLE credits by the State Bar of California.
